Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Of Payment Received

For the particular services provided to you by Avishkar Technology, refunds will only be accepted if the service is not delivered. Avishkar Technology reserves the right to determine a fair value of the service on return, and the same shall be binding on both parties.

The refund process will be initiated once we confirm that the service has not been provided. If a refund request is accepted, the amount will be refunded in the same mode of payment.

⚠️ Please note: If there is a delay beyond 50 days in submitting the hard copy of any required form, no refund shall be made against such a transaction.

2. Refund Request

Refund requests can be sent to info@avishkartechnology.com.

  • Refund requests can be made within 7 days of the online application.

  • Refund will be provided only if we fail to fulfill your application within 15–20 days (counted after you submit your application).

3. Cancellation Of Application

Applications cannot be canceled once processed from our side. No refund will be provided once the application is completed.

Refunds will only be accepted if the service is not provided by us or in case we fail to complete your application within 15–20 days.

If the service takes beyond 20 days after the application submission, a 100% refund will be issued.

4. Issuance Of Shop Act and Other Licenses

  • Shop Act licenses applied online will be delivered within 24 to 168 hours to the email ID or WhatsApp number provided in the application form.

  • Other licenses will be issued as per the government’s timeline.

In case we require any additional clarification about your particular service, our team will reach you via email or phone call.

6. Force Majeure

Avishkar Technology shall not be considered in breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of:

  • Earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, epidemic, famine, or plague

  • Act of God or the public enemy

  • Action of a court or public authority

  • Change in law

  • Explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict

  • Labor strike, lockout, boycott, or any similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).
