STANDARD PRICING

Avishkar Technology follows a transparent pricing policy. However, additional fees may be applicable due to:

  • Increase in government fees.

  • Legal documentation requirements.

  • Re-filing due to rejection or resubmission by government authorities.

We are not responsible for additional costs incurred due to such circumstances.

FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We cannot guarantee results in cases where:

  • Government applications are rejected for reasons beyond our control.

  • Government backlogs or technical issues cause delays.

  • Third-party platforms (e.g., MCA, Income Tax, FSSAI portals) experience downtime.

FORCE MAJEURE

Avishkar Technology shall not be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, legal changes, war, terrorism, labor strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

CANCELLATION FEE

If you request cancellation after initiation of service:

  • A cancellation fee of 15% + earned fee + government fee will be applicable.

  • For service changes, cancellation fees do not apply.

GUARANTEE

Unless otherwise expressed, Avishkar Technology expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
